Join us for a special evening inspired by the warmth, colour, and flavour of Madeira - the island of eternal spring.

After visiting the island, I wanted to recreate a vibrant, plant-based menu that celebrates traditional Madeiran dishes with a Rise twist.

Enjoy a three-course set menu crafted with seasonal ingredients, bold spices, and sunshine flavours - from hearty Sopa de Trigo served with freshly made Bolo do Caco, to Espetada Verde skewers with Milho Frito and roasted vegetables, finishing with a tropical Madeiran cake and fruit platter.

Expect soulful food, relaxed ambience, and a true taste of island life right here in Malvern before we head into the depth of Winter.
