An advanced high intensity circuit styled class, looking to work the full body through functional movements. Think of both cardio and weights combined - get ready to have your running shoes on. This sweaty session will have you soaring in self confidence. It's time to R I S E like the PHOENIX!

ALIGN ⇑

SOL ☼

A beginner friendly circuit based class. Similar to your PHOENIX, but less intense with more rest. Perfect if you’re new to exercise or have taken a break and want to build some self confidence. Start your Saturday mornings in a positive way!


Saturday 9:15am - 10:05am

SCULPT ▽

Incorporating both isometric and isotonic exercises. Each movement is set to a tempo. With time under tension, get ready to sculpt your body. Become stronger + fitter with the use of heavier weights and correct form.

TRAIN △

A more functional movement + rehabilitation based class, challenging your inner athlete. A lower intensity class with the use of balance boards, ladders, boxes - a true mix of improving agility, strength, power + speed. Perfect for those recovering from injury or staying injury free.
