Movement meets mind. A bodyweight mobility class designed to build strength, control and coordination through challenging time-based sequences. Expect to explore unfamiliar patterns, improve your balance and expand your range of movement, all while training your nervous system to move with more intelligence. A fantastic compliment to lifting, yoga or high intensity training.

A mixed paced class inspired by hatha yoga. Explore the flow state through soft transitions, longer holds, breath-work and somatic inspired movements. This is suitable for all levels and is a perfect introduction to yoga asana practice.

A beginner friendly circuit based class. Similar to your PHOENIX, but less intense with more rest. Perfect if you’re new to exercise or have taken a break and want to build some self confidence. Start your Sunday mornings in a positive way!
